How We're Doing

 

It is the practice of Hope Haven to actively solicit input from those receiving services. This is practiced on a regular basis through the day-to-day process of providing services. Formal satisfaction surveys are conducted periodically. These surveys are designed to measure the satisfaction of the client, his or her family and friends, the funding source, community employers and Hope Haven employees. As a result an Outcome Management Report was compiled to define the services provided by each department, measure the growth or decline of the service, measure the effectiveness of the services, determine areas needing improvement determine processes and actions that are most effective.
